How does pre-ordering work?

Pre-ordering with us is as simple as 1, 2, 3!

1. Pick an iPhone configuration you like from iPhone PRE-ORDER page
2. Place the order as you would normally do
3. We'll deliver your selection from our EU warehouse in maximum of 10 working days.

Is it possible to see the phone before purchase?

Yes, if you wish to make sure that the visual condition is as described, you can request a video of the phone you are interested in buying. Reach out to us through your preferred medium (website chat, email, Whatsapp or phonecall) and let us know which model you'd like to see.

Note: this option is only available for IN STOCK phones (in our warehouse).

Are you selling unlocked phones?

Yes, all phones are unlocked (not tied to a mobile network operator) and will work in any cellular network.

Can I expect a 100% battery health?

Short answer: it depends. We can guarantee that all of our phones have a minimum of 80% battery health that Apple has declared sufficient for good battery performance. Although, 80% is the bare minimum, it is not uncommon to have a 100% battery.

What's included with my purchase?

Your iPhone will arrive in an ecologically friendly box and will contain an USB charging cable and a socket adapter. Headphones are not included in the package due to hygiene reasons.

Yes, international shipping is available across Europe/EEZ.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

No, you don't have to pay anything. You can return your purchase within the first 14 days and the shipping costs will be covered by us.
