How long is my iPhone covered by reDevice's warranty?

Any device that is purchased from reDevice is covered with a 12 month warranty.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Absolutely not! reDevice will cover the shipping costs for both 14-day returns and warranty claim.

How to claim warranty?

1. Please start by filling out this form: Warranty Claim Form
2. Wait until you receive a confirmation email from reDevice with shipping instructions
3. Hand over the phone to the delivery service

Note: Before the shipment, please make sure that the phone is packed in a way that it can't be damaged during transportation. Please be aware that reDEVICE is not responsible for any damages caused during the shipment process.

What does the warranty cover?

Product Details

The iPhone XS has an excellent 5.8-inch OLED screen with 2,436 x 1,125-pixel resolution with support for Dolby Vision, HDR 10, and Wide Colour. Inside, it runs a superfast A12 Bionic processor that includes two-performance cores 15 percent faster than the A11 and four efficiency cores up to 50 percent more efficient. The four-core GPU in the A12 is up to 50 percent faster than the A11. The iPhone XS has an improved battery life and a better camera with Smart HDR - a bigger wide-angle sensor allows for sharper pictures in low light, while Smart HDR allows for photos with more detail.
